Mobile Kitchen

For the past several years, we have offered catering on a limited basis due to kitchen constraints. We've solved the problem with our mobile kitchen. Now we can pull up to your door and cater your event right from your driveway. This is a complete kitchen with a fryer, flat top grill, burners and oven, chest freezer, refrigerated prep table, microwave and convection oven. It has self-contained plumbing and electric, including a portable generator to provide power. Along with the kitchen, we have large portable hot boxes, to keep the food hot until it's ready to serve, and a full complement of chafers and smallwares
